Blue Anodized Finish

• When oxygen is present, raw aluminum undergoes a process of oxidation, which creates an oxide film on its surface akin to corrosion, better known as rusting. Anodizing takes it a step further by making the layer of aluminum oxide tougher and impenetrable. This makes anodizing an excellent choice for use on racetracks due to its resistant coating.

“E-Slit” Double Shaving Effect

• The E–Slit Rotor‘s remarkable design is a result of the combination of an extended, curved slit and an ‘E’ shaped slit. The two slits combine to produce a double shading effect, meaning the brake pads will stay in pristine condition. Special Heat Treatment Process

• Exposing a rotor to intense use over a prolonged period of time can cause the area to enlarge and shrink with the heat that is made, leading to the formation of tiny cracks (heat cracks). In order to avert this, a pre–treatment was applied to reinforce the parts of the rotor, reducing the risk of heat cracks during difficult running. • Prior to utilizing semi–metallic brake pads, it is critical to execute a correct bedding–in method to guarantee the most extreme execution at high temperatures and broaden the life expectancy of both the brake pads and rotors.
• How to Bed:
