“E-Slit” Double Shaving Effect

• The E–Slit Rotor is renowned for its unique combination of a long slit and an “E“ slit, which work in tandem to maintain the ideal shape of the pad and generate a dual shading effect. About Bedding

• It is essential to employ the ‘bedding‘ process in order to maximize the performance of circuit–specific pads intended to function even at high temperatures. This means preheating is needed before hard–driving to ensure the pads are not damaged by excessive temperatures.
• Drivers need to have the appropriate setup for their beds in order to compete in the most prestigious forms of motor racing, such as SUPER GT, WRC, and some European competitions.
• It is essential to perform a correct bedding–in process before utilizing semi–metallic brake pads in order to guarantee appropriate functioning when the brakes are heated and to prolong the life of both the brake pads and rotors.
• How to Bed:
  • When utilizing a novel item on a circuit, warm the rotor to a temperature in the scope of 400–500° C and be mindful so as not to apply an excess of power when braking.
