Blue Anodized Finish

• When aluminum is exposed to the environment, it forms a layer of oxidation, similar to rust. Anodizing takes it to the next level, creating an even more resilient coating of aluminum oxide. “E-Slit” Double Shaving Effect

About Bedding

• It is essential to make the most of the ‘bedding‘ of circuit–specific pads that are designed to function even in hot temperatures. Preheating should be done prior to hard–driving to avoid any harm caused by high temperatures. To ensure the brake rotor is running efficiently, it is recommended to replace it every two years, since rust and corrosion can cause it to wear away eventually.
• Competitors in the most esteemed forms of motor racing, such as SUPER GT, WRC and certain European tournaments, must have an adequate car configuration.
• For optimal performance and longevity of the brake pads and rotors, it is imperative to follow the proper bedding–in process when using semi–metallic brake pads, particularly in hot temperatures.
• How to Bed:
  • Before introducing a new product to a circuit, it is important to preheat the rotor to between 400–500° C. When braking, be sure to do it slowly and carefully in order to avoid excessive pressure. Afterwards, add atari and let the rotor cool down to a temperature of 100° C or below to complete the process.
