Special Heat Treatment Process

• It is essential to complete a suitable bedding–in procedure ahead of utilizing semi–metallic brake pads in order to secure peak performance when subjected to high temperatures and to prolong the life of the brake pads and rotors.
• How to Bed:
  • In order to use a new product on a circuit, you must heat the rotor to a range of 400–500° C, taking care not to apply too much pressure. After that, you should add atari and wait for the rotor to cool to 100° C or a temperature lower than that to conclude the procedure.

Notes
