Blue Anodized Finish

• When exposed to oxygen in the atmosphere, raw aluminum undergoes the oxidation process, which results in the formation of a protective film over its surface, similar to rust. Anodizing, however, takes the oxidation process to a higher level, forming an even stronger and impenetrable layer of aluminum oxide, making it a more durable and abrasion–resistant coating. Special Heat Treatment Process

• Due to the buildup of heat, the surface of a rotor tends to expand and contract, potentially leading to the formation of tiny cracks (heat cracks). To prevent this from occurring, a pre–treatment was conducted to reinforce the rotor components, thus reducing the possibility of heat cracks when driving rigorously. This intervention has extended the lifespan of the rotor, allowing it to be used for a more extended period of time with less concern.

• It is important to use the ‘bedding‘ process in order to unlock the full potential of circuit–specialized pads that have been constructed to work well in high temperatures. This includes preheating prior to hard–driving to make sure that the pads are not impacted too much by any extreme temperatures.

• How to Bed:
  • When using a new product on a circuit, it is important to gradually bring the rotor to a temperature range of 400–500° C. Additionally, it is necessary to be cautious while applying the brakes.
