The “12 Piston Caliper” is a groundbreaking caliper, being the world’s first 2-piece caliper with 12 pistons. It is based on the 3-piston, 1-pad design of the ultra-compact 6-pot calipers, and uses four specially designed brake pads. Blue Anodized Finish

E-Slit Rotors

• The E-Slit rotor integrates a slender curved slit with four smaller E-Slits. This process has increased the life expectancy of the rotor by a considerable amount, granting one to use the rotor for extended periods without worry.

Bedding

• Prior to utilizing semi-metallic brake pads, a correct bedding process has to be carried out to keep up high temperature operation and lengthen the life of the pads and rotors.
• How to Bed:
  • When driving on a course with a new product installed, be sure to raise the rotor temperature up to 400 – 500° C, avoiding hard braking. Add atari, and once the temperature has cooled back down to 100° C or lower on its own, the process has been completed.
