Development

• During the development of the do88 Performance Y-Pipe, extensive consideration was given to designing the optimal solution. The resulting design combines excellent airflow with minimal weight, achieved through mandrel-bent lightweight pipes joined by a high-quality 3D freeform-designed cast joint. CNC-machined connections for the BOV and breather hoses are welded onto the cast section for precision and durability. This construction delivers substantial performance improvements with only a slight increase in weight. The do88 Performance Y-Pipe weighs 3.35lbs, compared to the OEM plastic pipe at 3.04lbs.
