CSF has reengineered its K-Swap radiator to introduce the new V3 K-Swap Radiator, designed for even greater versatility and compatibility with a wide range of configurations. As K-Swaps continue to push boundaries and more innovative builds dominate the Honda scene, CSF’s latest version of “The Ultimate K-Swap Radiator” is built to meet these evolving demands. The V3 K-Swap Radiator now features provisions for mounting the optional 12-inch SPAL fan and fan shroud kit on the driver’s side, enhancing cooling efficiency. This upgraded 2-row, 42mm-thick radiator incorporates CSF’s exclusive B-Tube technology for optimal performance. Included in the package are adjustable -16 AN male fittings and OEM-style 1.25-inch slip-on connections. Borrowed from CSF’s tuck radiator line, developed exclusively for Rywire.com, the adjustable inlet/outlet design enables seamless integration with high-end setups utilizing AN lines, making the V3 K-Swap Radiator the perfect choice for the most ambitious K-Swap builds.

Design and Details

• CSF’s new V3 K-Swap radiator offers adjustable top and bottom inlet / outlet fittings, accommodating either -16 male or slip-on hose connections. The radiator features a 3-way adjustable breather pipe, enabling the overflow pipe to exit from the left, right, or straight out, making it compatible with various overflow bottle setups and locations. Designed for EG and EK chassis, the V3 K-Swap radiator includes side mounting points and a billet center mounting point. Its adjustable mounting pins and plug system for the top tank allow for flexible installation while maintaining a clean, sleek appearance. Additionally, the temperature sensor port, essential for some OEM K-engine setups, is conveniently located next to the bottom outlet mounting bung, ensuring a true plug-and-play solution for K-swap applications.

High Efficiency Multi-Louvered Fins

• CSF incorporates ultra-efficient multi-louvered fins, precisely aligned to optimize airflow through each radiator core. Fin specifications are meticulously measured and tailored for each application, undergoing rigorous testing in CSF’s wind-tunnel lab to ensure maximum heat rejection efficiency.

CSF’S Exclusive B-Tube Technology

• CSF utilizes a specially engineered B-tube design instead of the conventional oval-shaped “O” type radiator tube. These B-tubes are carefully crafted and brazed over the seam to ensure a secure seal. This innovative design allows CSF to employ thinner, lighter aluminum materials while achieving superior cooling efficiency, as the B-tubes are stronger than traditional welded “O” shape tubes. By incorporating a seam-brazed middle section, the B-tube design increases the heat transfer surface area by approximately 15% compared to standard tubes. This configuration delivers the performance of two smaller tubes within the space of one, providing enhanced “dual liquid cooling” efficiency.
