CSF introduces the Ultimate Half Radiator, designed for direct fitment with the popular 1992-2000 Honda Civic platform. Additionally, it serves as a versatile universal radiator, complete with a direct-fitment kit for Mitsubishi Evolution VII / VIII / IX models. This innovative product builds on the success of CSF’s #1 selling radiator model, offering a premium upgrade for vehicle setups. The Ultimate Half Radiator features a 2-row core constructed with CSF’s exclusive B-Tube Technology. Unlike traditional oval-shaped “O” tubes, CSF’s “B-tubes” are specially engineered, carefully formed, and seam-brazed to seal. This advanced design allows for the use of thinner, lighter aluminum with superior cooling efficiency while maintaining greater strength than standard “O” tubes. The unique internal structure increases the heat transfer surface area by approximately 15%, delivering the efficiency of two smaller tubes in the space of one. This design enables dual liquid laminar flow for enhanced performance. To further maximize cooling efficiency, CSF incorporates ultra-efficient multi-louvered fins, precisely aligned for optimal airflow through the radiator core. Each fin specification is meticulously measured, calculated, and wind-tunnel tested to ensure maximum heat rejection efficiency for every application.

CSF’S EXCLUSIVE B-TUBE TECHNOLOGY

• CSF utilizes a specially engineered B-tube design instead of the conventional oval-shaped “O” type radiator tube. These B-tubes are carefully crafted and brazed over the seam to ensure a secure seal. This innovative design allows CSF to employ thinner, lighter aluminum materials while achieving superior cooling efficiency, as the B-tubes are stronger than traditional welded “O” shape tubes. By incorporating a seam-brazed middle section, the B-tube design increases the heat transfer surface area by approximately 15% compared to standard tubes. This configuration delivers the performance of two smaller tubes within the space of one, providing enhanced “dual liquid cooling” efficiency.
