Unlike conventional oval-shaped “O” radiator tubes, CSF employs a specially engineered “B-Tube” design, carefully formed and brazed over the seam to ensure a robust seal. This innovation enables the use of thinner, lighter aluminum material, enhancing cooling efficiency while maintaining greater strength compared to standard welded “O” tubes. The brazed seam in the middle of the tube increases the heat transfer surface area by approximately 15%, achieving the efficiency of two smaller tubes within the space of a single large tube, and enabling “dual liquid laminar flow.” Additionally, CSF incorporates ultra-efficient multi-louvered fins, precisely aligned to optimize airflow through the radiator core.
