The CSF High-Performance Aluminum Radiator for the Ferrari F430 delivers a true OEM-plus cooling upgrade engineered to keep the F131 platform running at peak performance on both the street and the track. Built around a 2-row core featuring CSF’s exclusive B-Tube Technology, the radiator uses stronger, lighter, seam-brazed “B” tubes that increase heat transfer surface area by approximately 15% compared to traditional O-type tubes, enabling efficient dual liquid laminar flow within the same space. Ultra-efficient multi-louvered fins, precisely aligned and wind-tunnel tested, further optimize airflow and heat rejection to meet the demands of high-horsepower and motorsport-driven applications. Designed as a direct drop-in replacement, the radiator features CNC-machined OE-style brackets and OE-matched inlet and outlet connections for seamless installation with factory or aftermarket hoses. The CSF Advantage

CSF incorporates its latest 5mm multi-louvered fin technology, which substantially increases heat exchange surface area for better cooling efficiency, faster thermal recovery, and strong airflow. The enlarged 2-row, 42mm all-aluminum core boosts fluid capacity and heat dissipation, and the 5mm fin layout allows for 12 more cooling tubes and fin rows than the OE design.
CSF’s proprietary B-Tube Technology increases heat transfer by roughly 15% compared to standard oval welded tubes. When combined with the updated 5mm fins, total heat transfer benefits can reach up to 25%. The high-efficiency fin structure also improves airflow through the core for maximum overall performance.
The fully TIG-welded aluminum construction greatly enhances radiator strength, supporting superior durability under aggressive driving conditions. A satin black finish maintains an OEM-like appearance, and each radiator is built as a true plug-and-play drop-in replacement.

5mm Core Upgrade

CSF continually advances its cooling technology, and the introduction of the 5mm fin system in late 2023 provides even more surface area and thermal efficiency than its proven 6.5mm fin design. Created for drivers who consistently push their cars hard, these radiators are engineered to handle the most demanding use cases.

Fits Both Left & Right Sides

CSF designed the F430 radiators to function on either side of the vehicle by integrating a coolant temperature sensor port into each unit. This port supports the factory 176322 sensor or any aftermarket sensor using M22x1.5 threading.

Plug & Play Installation

CSF ensured these radiators install easily in place of the original components. With a true plug-and-play drop-in fit, installation typically takes only two to three hours and provides a meaningful improvement in cooling efficiency and long-term engine protection.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario.
