Construction

Several hand laid layers of twill carbon make this Redline Intake System for MK7 Volkswagen and Audi part carbon all the way through, under a UV and heat resistant gloss clear coat. An oiled filter feeds a velocity stack and a wire-reinforced silicone turbo inlet with hidden air-pump and vacuum ports, and a coolant recirculation hose with a check valve stops backflow from the turbo while keeping the line out of sight.

COBB Tuning was founded by Trey Cobb in 1999 in Rockwall, Texas, as a Subaru performance shop in the back of his father’s tire shop, and is now headquartered in Austin, Texas. Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer.
