Valve Dynamics

• Empowered by vacuum-controlled valve flaps, the system’s auditory response aligns with driving behavior and driver choices. At lower engine velocities or during consistent driving, the valves adopt a sealed stance, projecting a resonant exhaust ambiance. Conversely, during high-speed acceleration, these valves swing open, revealing the engine’s comprehensive sound depth.

Engineering

• Utilizing cutting-edge techniques such as 3D Laser-Scanning, CAD Design, Digital visualization, and CNC operations from their German center, each element is sculpted from the revered T309 (1.4828) Stainless Steel. After its shaping, each fragment undergoes a meticulous hand-refinement, resulting in a radiant mirrored finish. Comprehensive research led to the choice of this distinct alloy, renowned for its sonic richness, featherweight profile, and enduring durability, paralleling Inconel’s esteemed role in F1 motorsports.

CES-3 Control Module

• The backpressure-controlled exhaust valves are able to be customized by the user via the included CES-3 Control Module. This programmable control unit comes with three operating modes that can be navigated through a remote key fob.
  • Cruise: Exhaust valves open at higher RPMs
  • Sport: Exhaust valves open at lower RPMs and hard acceleration
  • Open: Exhaust Valves Remain Open
• The Cruise and Sport modes on the car can be individually tailored to allow specific backpressure margins, determining when the exhaust valves will be triggered. This offers meticulous control over the exhaust based on personal preferences and resilience of the driver.
