This adaptability stems from the integration of vacuum-actuated valve flaps that adjust based on driving conditions and the driver’s inputs. When operating at reduced engine speeds or cruising, the valves remain closed, emanating a deeper exhaust sound. However, when the throttle is fully engaged, these valves open to unveil the engine’s complete sonic depth.

Capristo Exhaust systems, fabricated in their German facility, incorporate cutting-edge techniques such as 3D Laser-Scanning, CAD Design, Digital prototyping, and CNC-bending/milling. Each masterpiece is shaped from the premium T309 (1.4828) Stainless Steel and is meticulously polished to achieve a mirror-like sheen. Through comprehensive research, this particular alloy was identified for its acoustical qualities, lightweight nature, and robustness, mirroring the features of Inconel, a material prevalent in F1 racing.

CES-3 Control Module

• The backpressure-controlled exhaust valves are able to be customized by the user via the included CES-3 Control Module. This programmable control unit comes with three operating modes that can be navigated through a remote key fob.
  • Cruise: Exhaust valves open at higher RPMs
  • Sport: Exhaust valves open at lower RPMs and hard acceleration
  • Open: Exhaust Valves Remain Open
• The Cruise and Sport modes on the car can be individually tailored to allow specific backpressure margins, determining when the exhaust valves will be triggered. This offers meticulous control over the exhaust based on personal preferences and resilience of the driver.
