Valve Mechanics

• This system features adaptive valve flaps that adjust their positions to align with the current driving conditions and driver inputs. During lower engine speeds and cruising, the valves remain closed, emitting a deeper exhaust tone. However, with the throttle fully engaged, the valves open, revealing the engine’s complete harmonic depth.

• Capristo exhaust systems represent a convergence of high-end craftsmanship and advanced technologies like 3D Laser-Scanning, CAD Design, Digital Modeling, and CNC machining. Each component, meticulously crafted in our distinguished German workshop, is shaped from premium T309 (1.4828) Stainless Steel. This material, known for its remarkable acoustic clarity, weight efficiency, and durability, is comparable to the Inconel materials found in elite Formula 1 events. Each piece is carefully hand-polished to a radiant finish, underscoring our commitment to superior quality.

CES-3 Control Module

• The backpressure-controlled exhaust valves are able to be customized by the user via the included CES-3 Control Module. This programmable control unit comes with three operating modes that can be navigated through a remote key fob.
  • Cruise: Exhaust valves open at higher RPMs
  • Sport: Exhaust valves open at lower RPMs and hard acceleration
  • Open: Exhaust valves remain open
• The vehicle’s Cruise and Sport modes can be independently configured to establish specific backpressure limits, which subsequently determine the activation times of the exhaust valves. This provides exact control over the exhaust system, enabling modifications to accommodate the driver’s distinct preferences and resilience.
