Capristo OEM Muffler Bracket Kit for Ferrari F430

Capristo has developed this bracket kit to address and eliminate issues associated with the rigid OEM bracket and its mounting.

OEM Design

• The exhaust system experiences sound waves traveling at various RPM ranges, inducing movement. When the exhaust is secured too tightly, this movement is transferred to the weakest point, often the header pipes. Header pipes are particularly susceptible to heat and stress forces, which can lead to cracks and failures. The OEM bracket restricts movement necessary for expansion and vibration-induced motion in the entire exhaust system, resulting in stress loads during the constant expansion and contraction of regular use.

Enhanced Strength

• Capristo’s bracket utilizes a floating spring design that not only permits free movement during expansion but also provides sufficient flexibility to accommodate vibrations commonly found in the exhaust during operation. This design effectively alleviates the stresses that could otherwise compromise the integrity of your header pipes.

• Does not fit Scuderia or Challenge 
• Designed to replace OEM bracket to fit 430 silencer 
• It is imperative that all original mounting parts are removed, including the upper and lower supports of the original system
