Brixton Forged RS Series PF20-R Monoblock Wheel

The Brixton Forged RS Series is built on existing work, not a clean slate. Brixton pulled proven designs from their CAD library and ran them through topological optimization and traditional FEA to find where material was adding mass without contributing to structural performance. Each design then went through load testing and surface refinement, with seamless transitions between surfaces treated as a fixed requirement throughout the process. The series reflects both sides of that work, and in each wheel the structural decisions and the visual result are clearly the same thing.

Center-Cap Options

• Brixton Forged offers original center-cap options across all standard 5 and 6-lug PCD applications, covering fitment on the most commonly used vehicle platforms without requiring anything custom.

RS Line Fill and Text / Groove Fill Options

• Two color accent programs are available for the RS Series, and they address different parts of the wheel. RS Line Fill is exclusive to this series, applying painted accents to the five signature groove lines on the outer spoke lip to add contrast and sharpen the spoke profile. Text and Groove Fill covers more ground, placing epoxy accents on the Brixton logo, wheel name, series name, and design-specific grooves or spoke details, with 7 to 8 fill instances per wheel depending on the design. Both programs share the same standard color range; Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, with additional colors available on request.

Finishing Options

• Brixton Forged’s finish catalog runs past 6,000 powder-coat and Cerakote options, organized across solid opaque, textured, and transparent clear categories to cover the practical range most builds require.

    • Solid finishes are updated annually with input from international color specialists working through Brixton’s global partner network, keeping gloss, matte, satin, and textured options consistent and purposeful from one season to the next.

  • Premium Colors: Transparent clear hues over brushed or polished aluminum
    • Premium transparent finishes are developed over a ceramic-polished aluminum base, with multiple transparent powder coat layers built up progressively to achieve a surface depth that a single application can’t reach. Brushed finishes take a different starting point, with 120-grit hand-brushed aluminum as the foundation before a transparent coat is applied to lock in the grain and preserve the hand-worked surface quality. Available options across both finish paths include Polished Mirror Gloss, Polished Anodized Satin, Brushed Gloss, and Brushed Satin.

• All Brixton Forged wheels are individually crafted from the finest materials to your individual spec. There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized. The Bulletproof Team will serve as your concierge throughout the entire process to ensure you get the perfect wheel for your application.
• Standard PCD center caps are not available in any PCD lower than 100mm, OEM center cap adapters may be required
• If the RS Line and Text / Groove Fill option is selected, a Bulletproof Automotive Wheel Specialist will reach out to you to go over options. Please note, 7-8 fill instances are available per wheel; all color options are available.
