Brixton Forged RS Series PF15-RS Ultrasport+ Wheel

The Brixton Forged RS Series is a 1-piece UltraSport+ forged wheel that starts with 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum and earns a TUV rating, making it a wheel that’s as credible in a track environment as it is on a high-performance street build. RS Line grooves machined into the outer lip give every model in the series its signature characteristic, a detail that’s consistent across the full lineup and comes from the machining process rather than any added finish. Brixton builds each wheel around lightweight forging profiles and precision surface milling to address unsprung weight where it affects performance most, producing sharper cornering response, measurably better overall performance, and reduced stopping distances. Every RS Series model is engineered to fit the platform it’s intended for, with high-performance supercars, sedans, and SUVs each receiving fitment developed around their specific requirements.

Center-Cap Options

• Brixton Forged offers original center-cap options across all standard 5 and 6-lug PCD applications, which takes care of fitment on the most common platforms without any custom solutions needed.

RS Line Fill and Text / Groove Fill Options

• Two color accent programs exist for the RS Series, and they work at different scales on the wheel. RS Line Fill is exclusive to this series, using painted accents on the five signature groove lines along the outer spoke lip to sharpen contrast and give the spoke profile more definition. Text and Groove Fill operates across more of the wheel, placing epoxy accents on the Brixton logo, wheel name, series name, and design-specific grooves or spoke details, with 7 to 8 fill instances available per wheel depending on the design. Both programs pull from the same standard color list; Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, with additional colors available on request.

Finishing Options

• Brixton Forged’s finish catalog runs past 6,000 powder-coat and Cerakote options, broken across solid opaque, textured, and transparent clear categories to give a practical range that covers most build requirements.

    • Solid finishes are reviewed and updated annually with direction from international color specialists working through Brixton’s global partner network, keeping gloss, matte, satin, and textured options deliberate and cohesive rather than accumulated over time.

  • Premium Colors: Transparent clear hues over brushed or polished aluminum
    • Premium transparent finishes are built over ceramic-polished aluminum, with multiple transparent powder coat layers added progressively to develop a surface depth that isn’t achievable in a single application. Brushed finishes start from a different place, with 120-grit hand-brushed aluminum as the base before a transparent coat is applied to seal the grain and keep the hand-worked surface quality intact. Polished Mirror Gloss, Polished Anodized Satin, Brushed Gloss, and Brushed Satin are the available options across both finish paths.

• All Brixton Forged wheels are individually crafted from the finest materials to your individual spec. There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized. The Bulletproof Team will serve as your concierge throughout the entire process to ensure you get the perfect wheel for your application.
• Standard PCD center caps are not available in any PCD lower than 100mm, OEM center cap adapters may be required
• If the RS Line and Text / Groove Fill option is selected, a Bulletproof Automotive Wheel Specialist will reach out to you to go over options. Please note, 7-8 fill instances are available per wheel; all color options are available.
