Brixton Forged RS Series PF12-R Ultrasport+ Wheel

The outer lip RS Line grooves are machined into every model in the Brixton Forged RS Series, a detail that’s integral to the wheel’s identity and consistent across the full lineup rather than a finish-dependent feature. That same attention to engineered detail carries through to the construction, where a 1-piece UltraSport+ forging process and 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum combine to produce a wheel that’s TUV rated and genuinely suited to track use. Brixton works lightweight forging profiles and precision surface milling into each model to reduce the unsprung weight that costs performance, tightening cornering response, pushing overall performance forward, and shortening stopping distances. Every RS Series fitment is developed around the specific platform it’s built for, covering high-performance supercars, sedans, and SUVs with application-specific engineering throughout.

Center-Cap Options

• Brixton Forged covers all standard 5 and 6-lug PCD applications with their original center-cap options, keeping fitment straightforward across the most common vehicle platforms without requiring anything custom.

RS Line Fill and Text / Groove Fill Options

• Two color accent programs are available for the RS Series, and they work differently enough that it’s worth distinguishing between them. RS Line Fill is exclusive to this series, using painted accents on the five signature groove lines along the outer spoke lip to add contrast and draw attention to the spoke structure. Text and Groove Fill uses epoxy accents applied to the Brixton logo, wheel name, series name, and other design-specific grooves or spoke details, with 7 to 8 fill instances per wheel depending on the design. Standard colors across both programs are Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, with additional colors on request.

Finishing Options

• Brixton Forged’s finish catalog covers more than 6,000 powder-coat and Cerakote options, organized across solid opaque, textured, and transparent clear categories to address what the broadest range of builds actually calls for.

  • Premium Colors: Transparent clear hues over brushed or polished aluminum
    • Premium transparent finishes are layered over a ceramic-polished aluminum base, with successive transparent powder coat applications building up the kind of surface depth a single coat can’t achieve. Brushed finishes open with 120-grit hand-brushed aluminum before a transparent coat seals the grain in place, keeping the hand-worked texture intact rather than flattening it. Available options across both finish paths include Polished Mirror Gloss, Polished Anodized Satin, Brushed Gloss, and Brushed Satin.

• All Brixton Forged wheels are individually crafted from the finest materials to your individual spec. There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized. The Bulletproof Team will serve as your concierge throughout the entire process to ensure you get the perfect wheel for your application.
• Standard PCD center caps are not available in any PCD lower than 100mm, OEM center cap adapters may be required
