Brixton Forged RS Series PF11-R Monoblock Wheel

The Brixton Forged RS Series started with a straightforward question internally; what happens when topological optimization and traditional FEA get applied to designs that are already proven. The team pulled from their existing CAD library, selected high-performing designs, and ran them through the same process of optimization, structural testing, and surface refinement. The priority was reducing weight while maintaining integrity, with surface transitions clean enough that the engineering work reads as design intent rather than compromise. The result is a series of wheels where the technical process and the visual outcome are inseparable.

Center-Cap Options

• Brixton Forged offers a range of original center-cap options that cover all standard 5 and 6-lug PCD applications, so fitment across the most common vehicle platforms is handled without needing custom solutions.

RS Line Fill and Text / Groove Fill Options

• The RS-Series has two distinct color accent programs worth knowing about. RS Line Fill is specific to this series, targeting the five signature groove lines on the outer lip of each spoke with painted accents that add contrast and pull the spoke shape into focus. The Text and Groove Fill program goes further, applying epoxy color accents to the Brixton logo, wheel name, series name, and other design-specific grooves or spoke details, with 7 to 8 fill instances available per wheel depending on the design. Both programs share the same standard color range: Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, with additional colors available on request.

Finishing Options

• Brixton Forged carries over 6,000 powder-coat and Cerakote finishes across their forged wheel lineup, covering solid opaque, textured, and transparent clear options for the range of what most builds require.

  • Premium Colors: Transparent clear hues over brushed or polished aluminum
    • Premium transparent finishes are built over a ceramic-polished aluminum base, with multiple layers of transparent powder coat applied to develop surface depth and clarity. Brushed finishes begin with 120-grit hand-brushed aluminum before a transparent coat is applied over the grain, locking in the texture for a finish that reads as hand-worked rather than machine-uniform. Available options across both categories include Polished Mirror Gloss, Polished Anodized Satin, Brushed Gloss, and Brushed Satin.

• All Brixton Forged wheels are individually crafted from the finest materials to your individual spec. There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized. The Bulletproof Team will serve as your concierge throughout the entire process to ensure you get the perfect wheel for your application.
• Standard PCD center caps are not available in any PCD lower than 100mm, OEM center cap adapters may be required
• If the RS Line and Text / Groove Fill option is selected, a Bulletproof Automotive Wheel Specialist will reach out to you to go over options. Please note, 7-8 fill instances are available per wheel; all color options are available.
