Brixton Forged Offroad Series BX05-M Heavy-Duty Wheel

The Brixton Forged Offroad Series was built around the specific demands of trucks and SUVs that actually get used off-road, where wheel construction and visual intent need to work together rather than compete. Each wheel in the lineup is a 1-piece HD monoblock forged from 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum, the same material used across Brixton’s broader forged lineup, chosen here for its ability to handle the stress loads these platforms generate. PCD options span 5, 6, and 8-lug configurations, and every model ships with a multi-piece center-cap to keep the fitment complete out of the box.

Center-Cap Options

• Brixton Forged’s original center-cap options are available across the full Offroad Series for 5-lug, 6-lug, and 8-lug applications, with compatibility on any PCD measuring 100mm or greater.

Text & Groove Fill Options

• The Text and Groove Fill program gives Offroad Series buyers a way to add color to specific design details rather than relying solely on the base finish. Epoxy accents can be applied to the Brixton logo, wheel name, series name, and design-specific grooves or spokes, with up to 3 fill instances available per wheel depending on the design. Standard colors include Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, with all other colors available on request.

Finishing Options

• Brixton Forged carries more than 6,000 powder-coat and Cerakote finish options across their forged wheel lineup, covering solid opaque colors, textured finishes, and transparent clear coats for the range of what most builds call for.

Brushed finishes start with 120-grit hand-brushed aluminum before a transparent coat is applied to seal the grain and hold the hand-finished character of the surface. Available options across both finish paths include Polished Mirror Gloss, Polished Anodized Satin, Brushed Gloss, and Brushed Satin.

There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized.
