The Brixton Forged MgCarbon+ Series brings together an AZ80 magnesium face and a DYMAG carbon fiber barrel in a 2-piece format built specifically for supercars and hypercars where material selection is as important as construction method. Coming in approximately 30% lighter than forged aluminum by volume, the weight reduction is substantial enough to show up in acceleration, handling, and overall response on platforms that are engineered to be sensitive to those inputs. AZ80 magnesium carries 12% greater specific strength than aluminum and delivers high dampening and shock absorption capacity, keeping the wheel structurally capable and the ride quality intact under the sustained hard use that supercars and hypercars are designed to handle.

• DYMAG builds around what happens at the limit of acceleration, braking, and handling, and the carbon fiber barrels in the MgCarbon+ Series reflect that engineering priority directly. Running up to 40% lighter than cast aluminum and 20% lighter than forged aluminum, the weight difference is one that registers in how a supercar or hypercar platform behaves under hard driving rather than just on a specification sheet. Every DYMAG barrel is validated through testing that satisfies TÜV, SAE, JWL, and VIA certification requirements, with FEA informing the structural design alongside physical testing rather than in place of it.

• MgCarbon+ 2-piece wheels are configured exclusively with fully exposed titanium assembly hardware throughout, in place of the stainless steel that most other applications rely on. • Brixton’s Text and Groove Fill program is for builds where specific design details need color to stand apart from the base finish. Epoxy accents can be placed on the Brixton logo, wheel name, series name, and design-specific grooves or spokes, with up to 3 fill locations per wheel depending on the design. Standard colors are Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, with all other colors available on request.

• All Brixton Forged wheels are individually crafted from the finest materials to your individual spec. There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized.
