Each wheel is a 1-piece monoblock forged from AZ80 magnesium alloy and treated with a micro-arc oxidation coating for corrosion resistance, coming in 30% lighter than forged aluminum by volume and starting from 15.2lbs (6.9kg). On platforms where unsprung weight has a direct effect on acceleration, braking, and cornering response, that reduction registers in driving feel long before it shows up on a spec sheet. AZ80 magnesium carries 12% greater specific strength than aluminum alongside significantly higher dampening capacity, which feeds into sharper handling response and a more composed ride under hard use.

• Ultra-Lightweight Magnesium: The Magnesium+ Series was built around track performance as the primary objective, with each wheel starting at 15.6lbs (7.2kg) for a 20×9 fitment and running 30% lighter than aluminum across equivalent sizes. Magnesium’s finer hexagonal grain structure and low density are what enable that reduction at the material level, with the drop in unsprung mass feeding directly into sharper handling response and improved vehicle responsiveness on platforms where those variables carry real consequences.
• Manufacturing & Applications: Each Magnesium+ wheel is forged from high-grade AZ80 magnesium alloy and processed through CNC milling for dimensional precision and heat treatment to reach the hardness level that track use demands. An anti-oxidation coating protects the surface throughout the wheel’s service life, and every wheel goes through structural and performance testing before it leaves production. The series covers 18 to 21 inches across a range of designs developed specifically around the fitment requirements of sports cars and supercars.
• Diverse Design & Finish Selection: Through-cut spokes run throughout the Magnesium+ lineup, contributing to overall weight reduction while giving each design a visual identity that reflects the engineering intent behind it. The reduction in rotational mass sharpens acceleration response and improves braking performance, and the drop in unsprung weight delivers measurable gains in cornering stability and overall handling precision.
• Bead Seat Knurling: Every Magnesium+ wheel comes standard with bead-seat knurling, a feature that matters on a wheel developed for track use. The knurled texture at the bead seat holds the tire bead firmly against the rim under the lateral loads generated by high-speed cornering and hard acceleration, keeping the risk of tire slip in check in conditions where that kind of failure has real consequences.

• Standard 5-lug fitments on the Magnesium+ Series FR wheels are fitted with a 2-piece billet PCD center-cap cover that brings the centerlock look to non-centerlock configurations, keeping the design intent of the series intact across the full lineup.
