Brixton Forged Aerotech Series TR21 Wheel

The Aerotech’s 3-piece forged base draws on APP 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum for both the faces and rim halves, and the bolt-on Vented Disc is where the build options branch. The standard 1-piece disc brings the construction to 4-piece; the 2-piece version takes it to 5-piece and introduces independent finish control across each section that the single-piece disc can’t provide. Both cover standard and premium powder-coat colors alongside Classic Twill and Forged Carbon fiber in gloss or satin clear. The Blind Vented Ring flush mount system and directionally vented flange keep the visual language of the series consistent across both configurations, while backpad pocketing and water channeling work through unsprung mass and rotational inertia. Every wheel is validated to a 750kg minimum load rating in line with TÜV, SAE, JWL, and VIA standards, with stainless and PVD titanium hardware, centerlock compatibility, OEM TPMS fitment, and a lifetime structural production warranty standard across the lineup.

Vented Ring & Aero Ring Options

• The Vented Disc is the functional and visual core of the Aerotech Series. It mounts directly to the 3-piece forged base and uses directional venting to drive airflow toward the brake components; on platforms where heat management under sustained braking load directly affects performance, that’s an engineering decision with real consequences rather than an aesthetic one. The 1-piece disc is a single finished surface, while the 2-piece version divides into independently finished sections for builds where that level of specification is part of the plan. The finish range holds the same across both; standard and premium powder-coat colors, Classic Twill, and Forged Carbon fiber in gloss or satin clear.

Text & Groove Fill Options

• Brixton’s Text and Groove Fill program gives buyers a way to use color to separate specific design details from the base finish. Epoxy accents can be placed on the Brixton logo, wheel name, series name, and design-specific grooves or spokes, with up to 3 fill locations per wheel depending on the design. Standard colors are Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, with anything outside that range available on request.

Finishing Options

• Brixton Forged’s finish catalog runs to more than 6,000 powder-coat and Cerakote options across solid opaque, textured, and transparent clear categories, giving builders a well-organized range to work through across the full forged lineup.

Polished Mirror Gloss, Polished Anodized Satin, Brushed Gloss, and Brushed Satin are available across both finish paths.

• All Brixton Forged wheels are individually crafted from the finest materials to your individual spec. There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized.
