Brixton Forged Aerotech Series TR09 Wheel

The Brixton Forged Aerotech Series is anchored by a 3-piece forged aluminum base built from APP 6061-T6 aerospace-grade faces and rim halves, with a bolt-on Vented Disc taking the build to 4-piece in its standard form. Specifying the Vented Disc in its 2-piece configuration brings the full construction to 5-piece, opening up additional customization and finishing options that the single-piece version doesn’t allow for. The Vented Disc is available in standard and premium powder-coat colors as well as Classic Twill and Forged Carbon fiber options in gloss or satin clear. Every wheel is built to order per application through custom CNC machining, with the Blind Vented Ring flush mount system and directionally vented flange carrying the visual consistency of the series across both configurations. Backpad pocketing and water channeling keep unsprung mass and rotational inertia managed, and every wheel is validated to a 750kg minimum load rating against TÜV, SAE, JWL, and VIA standards. Stainless and PVD titanium hardware options, centerlock compatibility, OEM TPMS fitment, and a lifetime structural production warranty are standard across the lineup.

Vented Ring & Aero Ring Options

• The Vented Disc is what gives the Aerotech its visual and functional identity, bolting onto the 3-piece forged base and introducing directional venting to channel airflow toward the brake components under hard use. It’s available in a 1-piece configuration or as a 2-piece version for owners who want greater control over individual finish and paint options across the disc. Both configurations are offered in standard and premium powder-coat colors as well as Classic Twill and Forged Carbon fiber in gloss or satin clear.

Text & Groove Fill Options

• Brixton’s Text and Groove Fill program is for builds where specific design details need color to pull away from the base finish and read on their own. Epoxy accents can be placed on the Brixton logo, wheel name, series name, and design-specific grooves or spokes, with up to 3 fill applications per wheel depending on the design. Standard colors are Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, with all other colors available on request.

• Brixton Forged’s finish catalog covers more than 6,000 powder-coat and Cerakote options across solid opaque, textured, and transparent clear categories, giving builders a structured and practical range to draw from across the full forged wheel lineup.

    • Premium transparent finishes are built over a ceramic-polished aluminum base with successive layers of transparent high-grade powder coat developing a surface depth that single-stage finishing doesn’t reach. Brushed finishes take a different path, starting with 120-grit hand-brushed aluminum before a transparent coat is applied to lock in the grain and preserve the handworked surface quality. Polished Mirror Gloss, Polished Anodized Satin, Brushed Gloss, and Brushed Satin are available across both finish paths.

• All Brixton Forged wheels are individually crafted from the finest materials to your individual spec. There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized.
