Brixton Forged Aerotech Series TR08 Wheel

The Brixton Forged Aerotech Series is founded on a 3-piece forged aluminum base built from APP 6061-T6 aerospace-grade faces and rim halves, with the bolt-on Vented Disc bringing the piece count to 4 in its standard 1-piece form. Upgrading to the 2-piece Vented Disc takes the full construction to 5-piece and separates the disc into independently controllable finish sections that the 1-piece version can’t accommodate. Both configurations are offered in standard and premium powder-coat colors as well as Classic Twill and Forged Carbon fiber options in gloss or satin clear. Every wheel is built to order per application through custom CNC machining, with the Blind Vented Ring flush mount system and directionally vented flange keeping the visual character of the series intact across both configurations. Backpad pocketing and water channeling address unsprung mass and rotational inertia, and every wheel meets a 750kg minimum load rating validated against TÜV, SAE, JWL, and VIA standards. Stainless and PVD titanium hardware options, centerlock compatibility, OEM TPMS fitment, and a lifetime structural production warranty are included across the full lineup.

Vented Ring & Aero Ring Options

• The Vented Disc is central to what the Aerotech is, both in how it looks and what it does. It bolts to the 3-piece forged base and channels airflow toward the brake components through directional venting that addresses a real thermal management need on performance platforms running hard. The 1-piece configuration presents the disc as a single finished surface, while the 2-piece version treats the disc and inner aero ring as separate pieces that can each be finished independently for builds where that granularity is part of the plan from the outset. Standard and premium powder-coat colors cover both configurations, with Classic Twill and Forged Carbon fiber options in gloss or satin clear available across both.

Text & Groove Fill Options

• Brixton’s Text and Groove Fill program gives buyers a way to use color to distinguish specific design details from the base finish. Epoxy accents can be applied to the Brixton logo, wheel name, series name, and design-specific grooves or spokes, with up to 3 fill applications per wheel depending on the design. Standard colors are Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, with all other colors available on request.

• Brixton Forged’s finish catalog runs past 6,000 powder-coat and Cerakote options across solid opaque, textured, and transparent clear categories, giving builders a well-organized range that covers the practical requirements of most builds across the full forged wheel lineup.

Brushed finishes begin differently, opening with 120-grit hand-brushed aluminum before a transparent coat is applied to seal the grain and hold the handworked surface quality intact. Polished Mirror Gloss, Polished Anodized Satin, Brushed Gloss, and Brushed Satin are available across both finish paths.

• All Brixton Forged wheels are individually crafted from the finest materials to your individual spec. There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized.
