Brixton Forged Aerotech Series TR06 Wheel

The Brixton Forged Aerotech Series is grounded in a 3-piece forged aluminum construction built from APP 6061-T6 aerospace-grade faces and rim halves, with the bolt-on Vented Disc bringing the total to 4-piece in its standard 1-piece form. Moving to the 2-piece Vented Disc configuration steps the build up to 5-piece, adding independent finish control across the disc that isn’t possible in the single-piece version. Both Vented Disc configurations are available in standard and premium powder-coat colors as well as Classic Twill and Forged Carbon fiber options in gloss or satin clear. Every wheel is built to order per application through custom CNC machining, with the Blind Vented Ring flush mount system and directionally vented flange holding the visual identity of the series together across both configurations. Backpad pocketing and water channeling keep unsprung mass and rotational inertia in check, and every wheel is tested to a 750kg minimum load rating against TÜV, SAE, JWL, and VIA standards. Stainless and PVD titanium hardware options, centerlock compatibility, OEM TPMS fitment, and a lifetime structural production warranty are part of the standard package across the lineup.

Vented Ring & Aero Ring Options

• The Vented Disc defines both the function and the appearance of the Aerotech, attaching to the 3-piece forged base and directing airflow toward the brake components through venting that serves a genuine purpose on high-performance platforms where brake temperatures climb under sustained use. In its 1-piece form the disc is finished as a single surface, while the 2-piece version treats the disc and inner aero ring as separate components that can each be finished independently for builds where that specificity is part of the brief. Standard and premium powder-coat colors cover both configurations, with Classic Twill and Forged Carbon fiber options in gloss or satin clear available for builds where material choice is as deliberate as finish direction.

Text & Groove Fill Options

• Brixton’s Text and Groove Fill program is for builds where color contrast is needed to bring specific design details out from the surrounding finish. Epoxy accents can be placed on the Brixton logo, wheel name, series name, and design-specific grooves or spokes, with up to 3 fill applications available per wheel depending on the design. Standard colors are Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, with all other colors available on request.

• Brixton Forged’s finish catalog covers more than 6,000 powder-coat and Cerakote options across solid opaque, textured, and transparent clear categories, giving builders a well-organized and practical range to work from across the full forged wheel lineup.

Brushed finishes start with 120-grit hand-brushed aluminum before a transparent coat is applied to seal the grain and maintain the handworked quality of the surface. Polished Mirror Gloss, Polished Anodized Satin, Brushed Gloss, and Brushed Satin are available across both finish paths.

There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized.
