Brixton Forged Aerotech Series TR04 Wheel

The Brixton Forged Aerotech Series starts with a 3-piece forged aluminum base built from APP 6061-T6 aerospace-grade faces and rim halves, with the bolt-on Vented Disc moving the construction to 4-piece in its standard 1-piece form. Choosing the 2-piece Vented Disc configuration takes the build to 5-piece and opens up independent finish control that the single-piece version doesn’t provide. The Vented Disc is available in standard and premium powder-coat colors as well as Classic Twill and Forged Carbon fiber options in gloss or satin clear. Each wheel is built to order per application through custom CNC machining, with the Blind Vented Ring flush mount system and directionally vented flange keeping the visual language of the series consistent across both configurations. Backpad pocketing and water channeling manage unsprung mass and rotational inertia, and every wheel is tested to a 750kg minimum load rating meeting TÜV, SAE, JWL, and VIA standards. Stainless and PVD titanium hardware options, centerlock compatibility, OEM TPMS fitment, and a lifetime structural production warranty come standard across the lineup.

Vented Ring & Aero Ring Options

• The Vented Disc is where the Aerotech’s functional and visual identity is rooted, bolting directly onto the 3-piece forged base and using directional venting to push airflow toward the brake components on platforms where managing brake heat under load is a genuine performance consideration. The 1-piece configuration treats the disc as a single finished surface, while the 2-piece version breaks it into independently finished sections for builds that need that degree of specification. Standard and premium powder-coat colors are available across both, alongside Classic Twill and Forged Carbon fiber options in gloss or satin clear.

Text & Groove Fill Options

• Brixton’s Text and Groove Fill program is for builds where specific design details need color to stand apart from the base finish. Epoxy accents can be placed on the Brixton logo, wheel name, series name, and design-specific grooves or spokes, with up to 3 fill applications per wheel depending on the design. Standard colors are Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, with all other colors available on request.

• Brixton Forged’s finish catalog covers more than 6,000 powder-coat and Cerakote options across solid opaque, textured, and transparent clear categories, giving builders a well-organized range to work from across the full forged wheel lineup.

• All Brixton Forged wheels are individually crafted from the finest materials to your individual spec. There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized.
