Brixton Forged Aerotech Series FDE03 Wheel

The foundation of the Aerotech Series is a 3-piece forged build using APP 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum for both the faces and rim halves. Where the configuration opens up is at the Vented Disc, which bolts onto that base and takes the build to 4-piece in its standard 1-piece form. Specifying the 2-piece version steps it to 5-piece and brings independent finish control into the equation, something the single-piece disc doesn’t offer. Finish options across both cover standard and premium powder-coat colors alongside Classic Twill and Forged Carbon fiber in gloss or satin clear. Each wheel is CNC machined to order per application, with the Blind Vented Ring flush mount system and directionally vented flange holding the visual consistency of the series together across configurations. Backpad pocketing and water channeling keep unsprung mass and rotational inertia in check, and every wheel clears a 750kg minimum load rating validated to TÜV, SAE, JWL, and VIA standards. Stainless and PVD titanium hardware, centerlock compatibility, OEM TPMS fitment, and a lifetime structural production warranty are all standard.

Vented Ring & Aero Ring Options

• The Vented Disc is where the Aerotech’s identity comes from, functionally and visually. Bolting directly to the 3-piece forged base, it uses directional venting to drive airflow toward the brake components, which is a purposeful engineering decision on platforms where brake heat under load affects how the car performs. The 1-piece disc functions as a single finished surface. The 2-piece version separates into independently finished sections, which matters on builds where that level of finish specification is part of the brief. Both configurations draw from the same range of standard and premium powder-coat colors, plus Classic Twill and Forged Carbon fiber in gloss or satin clear.

Text & Groove Fill Options

• Brixton’s Text and Groove Fill program lets buyers bring color into specific design elements without altering the base finish. Epoxy accents are available on the Brixton logo, wheel name, series name, and design-specific grooves or spokes, with up to 3 fill locations per wheel depending on the design. Standard colors cover Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, with anything beyond that available on request.

Finishing Options

• Brixton Forged’s finish catalog runs to more than 6,000 powder-coat and Cerakote options across solid opaque, textured, and transparent clear categories, giving builders a structured range to work through across the full forged lineup.

There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized.
