Brixton Forged Aerotech Series FDE02 Wheel

APP 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum forms the faces and rim halves on the Aerotech’s 3-piece forged base, and the bolt-on Vented Disc is where the configuration splits. In standard 1-piece form it brings the build to 4-piece. Specifying the 2-piece Vented Disc steps it to 5-piece and introduces independent finish control that the single-piece version doesn’t allow. Disc options run through standard and premium powder-coat colors alongside Classic Twill and Forged Carbon fiber in gloss or satin clear. Each wheel is CNC machined to order per application, with the Blind Vented Ring flush mount system and directionally vented flange maintaining visual consistency across both configurations. Backpad pocketing and water channeling work together to manage unsprung mass and rotational inertia, and every wheel is tested to a 750kg minimum load rating meeting TÜV, SAE, JWL, and VIA standards. Stainless and PVD titanium hardware options, centerlock compatibility, OEM TPMS fitment, and a lifetime structural production warranty are standard across the lineup.

Vented Ring & Aero Ring Options

• The Vented Disc defines the Aerotech Series on both a visual and functional level. It bolts directly to the 3-piece forged base and uses directional venting to push airflow toward the brake components, which is a meaningful design choice on platforms where heat management under sustained braking load has a direct effect on performance. The 1-piece disc is a single finished surface. The 2-piece version breaks into independently finished sections for builds that need that degree of control. Both run through the same finish range, covering standard and premium powder-coat colors as well as Classic Twill and Forged Carbon fiber in gloss or satin clear.

Text & Groove Fill Options

• Brixton’s Text and Groove Fill program gives buyers a way to use color to bring specific design details forward from the base finish. Epoxy accents can be placed on the Brixton logo, wheel name, series name, and design-specific grooves or spokes, with up to 3 fill locations per wheel depending on the design. Standard colors are Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, with anything outside that range available on request.

• Brixton Forged’s finish catalog spans more than 6,000 powder-coat and Cerakote options across solid opaque, textured, and transparent clear categories, giving builders a well-organized range to draw from across the full forged lineup.

Polished Mirror Gloss, Polished Anodized Satin, Brushed Gloss, and Brushed Satin are available across both paths.

• All Brixton Forged wheels are individually crafted from the finest materials to your individual spec. There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized.
