Brixton Forged Aerotech Series FDE01 Wheel

The Aerotech Series is built on a 3-piece forged aluminum foundation using APP 6061-T6 aerospace-grade faces and rim halves. The bolt-on Vented Disc is where the configuration branches: in its standard 1-piece form it takes the build to 4-piece, while the 2-piece Vented Disc steps it to 5-piece and opens up independent finish control across each section. Vented Disc options span standard and premium powder-coat colors along with Classic Twill and Forged Carbon fiber in gloss or satin clear. Every wheel is CNC machined to order per application, with the Blind Vented Ring flush mount system and directionally vented flange keeping the visual language consistent regardless of configuration. Backpad pocketing and water channeling address unsprung mass and rotational inertia, and each wheel is tested to a 750kg minimum load rating in line with TÜV, SAE, JWL, and VIA standards. Stainless and PVD titanium hardware, centerlock compatibility, OEM TPMS fitment, and a lifetime structural production warranty are included across the full lineup.

Vented Ring & Aero Ring Options

• The Vented Disc is the defining element of the Aerotech Series, both visually and functionally. It bolts directly onto the 3-piece forged base and uses directional venting to move airflow toward the brake components, which matters on platforms where brake heat under sustained load is a real concern rather than a theoretical one. The 1-piece configuration treats the disc as a single finished surface, while the 2-piece version separates it into independently finished sections for builds requiring that level of specification. Both configurations are available in standard and premium powder-coat colors, as well as Classic Twill and Forged Carbon fiber options in gloss or satin clear.

Text & Groove Fill Options

• Brixton’s Text and Groove Fill program is for builds where color needs to pull specific design details away from the base finish. Epoxy accents can be applied to the Brixton logo, wheel name, series name, and design-specific grooves or spokes, with up to 3 fill locations per wheel depending on the design. Standard colors are Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, with any color outside that range available on request.

• Brixton Forged’s finish catalog covers more than 6,000 powder-coat and Cerakote options across solid opaque, textured, and transparent clear categories, giving builders a well-organized range to work from across the full forged lineup.

There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized.
