The Brixton Forged AERO1 Series brings the vented aesthetic of the Aerotech lineup into a 1-piece vented monoblock format, forged from APP 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum in a deep concave profile. The vented outer lip is part of the forging itself, not a bolt-on section, and can be masked and finished in a separate color for builds that want contrast between the face and the outer section without moving to a multi-piece construction. Each model is available in centerlock and 5-lug configurations across 18 to 24 inches, built to order per application through custom CNC machining. Backpad pocketing keeps unsprung mass and rotational inertia in check, and every wheel is tested to a 750kg minimum load rating meeting TUV, SAE, JWL, and VIA standards, with a lifetime structural production warranty included.
