Brixton Forged AERO1 Series TR07 Wheel

The Brixton Forged AERO1 Series applies the vented design approach of the Aerotech to a 1-piece vented monoblock construction, forged from APP 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum with a deep concave profile that defines the series across every model. The vented outer lip is forged as part of the wheel rather than added as a separate piece, and can be masked off and painted independently for builds where a 2-tone finish is the goal without the fitment considerations a multi-piece construction brings. Every model is available in centerlock and 5-lug configurations from 18 to 24 inches, built to order per application through custom CNC machining. Backpad pocketing keeps unsprung mass and rotational inertia in check, and every wheel is validated to a 750kg minimum load rating against TÜV, SAE, JWL, and VIA standards, backed by a lifetime structural production warranty.

Vented Section Options

• The vented outer lip is finished separately from the main wheel face when a 2-tone result is part of the build, with standard and premium powder-coat colors available to work either in contrast with or as an extension of the base finish.

• Brixton Forged’s original center-cap options are available across all standard 5 and 6-lug PCD applications, taking care of fitment on the most commonly used platforms without any custom work involved.

Text & Groove Fill Options

• Brixton’s Text and Groove Fill program gives buyers a way to bring color into specific design details that would otherwise read as part of the base finish. Epoxy accents can be applied to the Brixton logo, wheel name, series name, and design-specific grooves or spokes, with up to 3 fill instances per wheel depending on the design. Standard colors are Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, with all other colors available on request.

• Brixton Forged’s finish catalog covers more than 6,000 powder-coat and Cerakote options across solid opaque, textured, and transparent clear categories, giving builders a well-organized and practical range to work from across the full forged wheel lineup.

    • Premium transparent finishes are constructed over a ceramic-polished aluminum base with successive layers of transparent high-grade powder coat developing surface depth and clarity that a single coat doesn’t produce. Brushed finishes take a different starting point, opening with 120-grit hand-brushed aluminum before a transparent coat seals the grain and holds the handworked surface quality in place. Polished Mirror Gloss, Polished Anodized Satin, Brushed Gloss, and Brushed Satin are available across both finish paths.

• All Brixton Forged wheels are individually crafted from the finest materials to your individual spec. There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized.
