Brixton Forged AERO1 Series TR06 Wheel

The Brixton Forged AERO1 Series carries the vented design language of the Aerotech lineup into a 1-piece vented monoblock format, forged from APP 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum with a deep concave profile. The vented outer lip is part of the forging itself rather than a separate component, and can be masked and finished in a distinct color for builds that want the contrast of a 2-tone result without the added complexity of a multi-piece construction. Each model is available in centerlock and 5-lug configurations from 18 to 24 inches, built to order per application through custom CNC machining. Backpad pocketing manages unsprung mass and rotational inertia, and every wheel is tested to a 750kg minimum load rating satisfying TÜV, SAE, JWL, and VIA standards, with a lifetime structural production warranty included.

Text & Groove Fill Options

• Brixton’s Text and Groove Fill program is for builds where specific design details need color to read separately from the base finish. Epoxy accents can be placed on the Brixton logo, wheel name, series name, and design-specific grooves or spokes, with up to 3 fill instances per wheel depending on the design. Standard colors are Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, with all other colors available on request.

• Brixton Forged’s finish catalog runs past 6,000 powder-coat and Cerakote options across solid opaque, textured, and transparent clear categories, giving builders a structured and practical range to draw from across the full forged wheel lineup.

Brushed finishes open with 120-grit hand-brushed aluminum before a transparent coat locks in the grain and preserves the handworked character of the surface. Polished Mirror Gloss, Polished Anodized Satin, Brushed Gloss, and Brushed Satin are available across both finish paths.

• All Brixton Forged wheels are individually crafted from the finest materials to your individual spec. There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized. The Bulletproof Team will serve as your concierge throughout the entire process to ensure you get the perfect wheel for your application.
• Standard PCD center caps are not available in any PCD lower than 100mm, OEM center cap adapters may be required
