Brixton Forged AERO1 Series TR05 Wheel

The Brixton Forged AERO1 Series takes the vented aesthetic of the Aerotech lineup and delivers it in a 1-piece vented monoblock format, forged from APP 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum in a deep concave profile. The vented outer lip is integral to the forging itself rather than a bolt-on component, and can be masked off and finished in a separate color for builds that want contrast between the face and the outer section without committing to a multi-piece construction. Each model is available in centerlock and 5-lug configurations across 18 to 24 inches, built to order per application through custom CNC machining. Backpad pocketing keeps unsprung mass and rotational inertia managed, and every wheel is tested to a 750kg minimum load rating satisfying TÜV, SAE, JWL, and VIA standards, with a lifetime structural production warranty included.

• Brixton Forged’s original center-cap options are available across all standard 5 and 6-lug PCD applications, covering the most commonly used platforms without requiring any custom fitment work.

Text & Groove Fill Options

• Brixton’s Text and Groove Fill program is for builds where specific design details need color to stand apart from the base finish. Epoxy accents can be placed on the Brixton logo, wheel name, series name, and design-specific grooves or spokes, with up to 3 fill instances per wheel depending on the design. Standard colors are Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, with all other colors available on request.

    • Premium transparent finishes are built over ceramic-polished aluminum with multiple layers of transparent high-grade powder coat applied to develop surface depth and clarity. Brushed finishes begin with 120-grit hand-brushed aluminum before a transparent coat seals the grain and preserves the handworked character of the surface. Polished Mirror Gloss, Polished Anodized Satin, Brushed Gloss, and Brushed Satin are available across both finish paths.

• All Brixton Forged wheels are individually crafted from the finest materials to your individual spec. There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized. The Bulletproof Team will serve as your concierge throughout the entire process to ensure you get the perfect wheel for your application.
• Standard PCD center caps are not available in any PCD lower than 100mm, OEM center cap adapters may be required
