Brixton Forged AERO1 Series TR04 Wheel

The AERO1 Series takes the vented direction of the Aerotech lineup and builds it into a 1-piece forged monoblock using APP 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum. The deep concave profile and vented outer lip are part of the forging itself rather than a separate component, which keeps the construction clean while still allowing the outer section to be masked off and finished in a distinct color for builds that want contrast between the face and the lip without moving to a multi-piece wheel. Each model is available in centerlock and 5-lug configurations from 18 to 24 inches, built to order per application through custom CNC machining. Backpad pocketing manages unsprung mass and rotational inertia, and every wheel is tested to a 750kg minimum load rating satisfying TÜV, SAE, JWL, and VIA standards, with a lifetime structural production warranty included.

Vented Section Options

• The vented outer section can be masked during finishing and sprayed independently from the main face, with standard and premium powder-coat colors available to either contrast or complement the base finish depending on the direction of the build.

• Brixton Forged’s original center-cap options cover all standard 5 and 6-lug PCD applications, handling fitment across the most commonly used platforms without any custom work required.

Text & Groove Fill Options

• Brixton’s Text and Groove Fill program is for builds where certain design elements need color to read separately from the base finish. Epoxy accents can be placed on the Brixton logo, wheel name, series name, and design-specific grooves or spokes, with up to 3 fill locations per wheel depending on the design. Standard colors are Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Orange, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow, with anything outside that range available on request.

• Brixton Forged’s finish catalog spans more than 6,000 powder-coat and Cerakote options across solid opaque, textured, and transparent clear categories, giving builders a well-organized range to draw from across the full forged lineup.

    • Premium transparent finishes are built over ceramic-polished aluminum with multiple layers of transparent high-grade powder coat applied to develop surface depth and clarity. Brushed finishes begin with 120-grit hand-brushed aluminum before a transparent coat seals the grain and holds the character of the handworked surface. Polished Mirror Gloss, Polished Anodized Satin, Brushed Gloss, and Brushed Satin are available across both finish paths.

• All Brixton Forged wheels are individually crafted from the finest materials to your individual spec. There are no “off the shelf” Brixton wheels and as such, a lead time of a few weeks is to be expected once your spec has been finalized. The Bulletproof Team will serve as your concierge throughout the entire process to ensure you get the perfect wheel for your application.
• Standard PCD center caps are not available in any PCD lower than 100mm, OEM center cap adapters may be required
