Accurate measurements of every individual car are obtained through BRIDE‘s super seat rails, which offer high strength and precision. To create the production tools for this purpose, a master rail is first created by hand using precise dimensions taken from full–scale cars with varying shapes. Subsequently, mass production methods are implemented to produce these components in large quantities.

A computer can be used to design rails, but rather than using this method which involves inputting measurement ranges, they carefully craft each element such as the size of every bolt hole with manual measurements. This helps reduce any excessive gaps in the holes and makes for a more snug fit between the frame and seat rail plus between the seat itself and its respective rail; allowing them to achieve maximum efficiency. Nine models have been created specifically for reclining seats while ten are available for full bucket seats; these configurations are tailored according to model type or specific application needs so that an optimum seating position is achievable across 800 different car models.

Utilizes Sliders Made By Faurecia Exclusively For BRIDE

• BRIDE has partnered with Faurecia (France), one of the top mechanical parts suppliers in the world, to source exclusive components for their BRIDE super seat rail – such as sliders which are an essential part
• The sliders, which have an upper rail with a thickness of 2.0mm and a lower rail at 2.3mm in width, are equipped to lock on both the left and right sides; they do not make any noise when operating due to their superior strength and durability. The distance between each slide is 10 mm for 220 mm total travel amounting up or down.

• Also, BRIDE’s seats are the first seats produced in Japan to be licensed by FIA, and they provide 9 models which can be used in international races. In order to maintain and improve product quality to pass safety benchmarks and strict FIA strength tests, BRIDE conducts thorough management of its manufacturing process.
