BRIDE utilizes precise measurements taken from actual cars to craft its super seat rails. These rails provide exceptional strength and accuracy. After carefully measuring the frames of full–scale cars, which vary in shape, by hand and creating a master rail, BRIDE manufactures the necessary tools for large scale production and implements mass production methods.

A computer can be used to design rails, however, instead of relying on providing ranges of measurements, the parts are precisely crafted by taking measurements manually. This reduces any extra space between bolt holes and increases the fit of the frame to the seat rail, and the seat to the seat rail as much as possible. There are nine different models of reclining seats and ten models of full bucket seats, depending on the model and usage, all of which create the best possible seat position for more than 800 car models.

Utilizes Sliders Made By Faurecia Exclusively For BRIDE

• BRIDE exclusively uses parts from Faurecia (France), a top global producer of mechanical components, for the critical sliders making up their BRIDE super seat rail
• The sliders boast a double–sided lock and won‘t make any noise, while exhibiting exceptional sturdiness. With 2.0mm thick upper rails and 2.3mm thick lower rails, they are 10 mm pitch and the travel distance is 220 mm

The safety benchmark comprises 6 items–“seat back rear surface crash test”, “head restraint forward crash test”, “head restraint static test”, “seat and seat mounting test”, “seat belt mounting test”, and “flame resistance test”–in which a great amount of force is applied to the seats assuming an accident to check whether the seats are damaged and whether they can be maintained for the regulated time, and to confirm the safety of the seats.
• Also, BRIDE’s seats are the first seats produced in Japan to be licensed by FIA, and they provide 9 models which can be used in international races. In order to maintain and improve product quality to pass safety benchmarks and strict FIA strength tests, BRIDE conducts thorough management of its manufacturing process.

In order to provide high quality seats, craftsmen with the highly refined skills to manufacture by hand, materials developed with advanced technology such as shells and cloth, and the logistics to manufacture and ship to the market with stability are all essential.
