BRIDE MK Super Seat Rail

BRIDE utilizes precise measurements from individual vehicles to create its super seat rails, which are renowned for their superior strength and accuracy. After carefully measuring the frames of full–sized cars by hand and creating a master rail, BRIDE develops the tools needed for mass production and adopts mass manufacturing techniques.

A computer can be utilized to design rails, but instead of inputting measurements into a program, technicians take the measurements by hand to ensure greater accuracy in the sizing of each bolt hole. This eliminates any extra gaps and helps the frame fit snugly against the seat rail and the seat itself. Nine models are created for reclining seats while 10 models are made for full bucket seats, thus allowing for the optimal seating position in more than 800 cars.
