BRIDE utilizes precise measurements from individual vehicles to create its super seat rails, which are renowned for their superior strength and accuracy. After carefully measuring the frames of full–sized cars by hand and creating a master rail, BRIDE develops the tools needed for mass production and adopts mass manufacturing techniques.

A computer can be utilized to design rails, but instead of inputting measurements into a program, technicians take the measurements by hand to ensure greater accuracy in the sizing of each bolt hole. This eliminates any extra gaps and helps the frame fit snugly against the seat rail and the seat itself. Nine models are created for reclining seats while 10 models are made for full bucket seats, thus allowing for the optimal seating position in more than 800 cars.

Utilizes Sliders Made By Faurecia Exclusively For BRIDE

• BRIDE utilizes parts from Faurecia (France), an esteemed international manufacturer of hardware, exclusively for their BRIDE super seat rail sliders, which are a key component
• The sliders, boasting 2.0mm thick upper rails and 2.3mm thick lower rails, are secured on both the left and right sides with no rattling, providing superior strength and durability. It has a 10mm pitch and the slide range is 220mm.

• Also, BRIDE’s seats are the first seats produced in Japan to be licensed by FIA, and they provide 9 models which can be used in international races. In order to maintain and improve product quality to pass safety benchmarks and strict FIA strength tests, BRIDE conducts thorough management of its manufacturing process.
