BRIDE MB Super Seat Rail

The super seat rails from BRIDE are crafted with precision after measuring the frames of actual cars by hand and creating a master rail. This ensures a high level of strength and accuracy. Mass production techniques are then employed to create the necessary tools for the manufacturing process.

A computer can be used to design rails, but they opt to measure the size of each bolt hole by hand, as this ensures a greater accuracy than providing ranges to measurements. This leads to a better fit of the frame to the seat rail and the seat to the seat rail, resulting in the highest possible quality. In total, nine models for reclining seats and ten models for full bucket seats are available for a variety of applications and can be tailored to more than 800 car models.

Utilizes Sliders Made By Faurecia Exclusively For BRIDE

• BRIDE employs Faurecia (France), a top–tier mechanical parts producer, to exclusively produce and provide the parts for the BRIDE super seat rail‘s necessary sliders
• This sliding mechanism is equipped with 2.0mm thick upper rails and 2.3mm thick lower rails, and it is able to securely fasten on both the left and right sides. Additionally, it is designed to be exceptionally sturdy and durable, without any rattling noise, and has a pitch of 10 mm with a slide amount of 220 mm.

• The super seat rail has been approved by ASEA, an industry organization consisting of motorsports companies and associated tuning parts manufacturers and distributors from Japan, meeting all of the organization‘s standards.

• Also, BRIDE’s seats are the first seats produced in Japan to be licensed by FIA, and they provide 9 models which can be used in international races. In order to maintain and improve product quality to pass safety benchmarks and strict FIA strength tests, BRIDE conducts thorough management of its manufacturing process.
