• BBS forged wheels begin as solid billets of high-grade 6000-series aluminum or, in select applications, specialized magnesium alloy. Through a proprietary multi-stage die-forging process applying pressures of up to 18 million pounds, the material’s grain structure is compressed and aligned to maximize strength. Each phase is tightly controlled to refine structural integrity and dimensional accuracy.
