BBi Autosport Intake Manifold for Porsche 991 / 997.2

A 3D printed aluminum intake manifold with secondary fueling provisions is available for 991 and 997 DFI Turbo Engines. This manifold was reverse-engineered in CAD from laser scans of different generation engines. It features larger volume manifolds with a large plenum and an upgraded throttle body, allowing for optimized flow. Additionally, it includes built-in provisions and fuel rails for secondary fueling.

Engineering

• The product is meticulously crafted through a state-of-the-art process, beginning with 3D scanning for precise replication. It is then designed using CAD and rigorously simulated to ensure optimal performance and reliability. During the 3D printing process, every detail is optimized for peak efficiency. The product is further enhanced by the inclusion of a 6061-T6 aluminum manifold and fuel rails, which are known for their strength and durability, offering a superior solution for performance-focused applications.
