This kit integrates directly with the existing Track piping, transforming the raw, louder sound of the non-resonated system into a more controlled, refined tone that still enhances the FA20 turbo engine’s character. By incorporating AWE’s 180 Technology in the rear section, it reduces cabin drone at cruising speeds while preserving the presence and responsiveness under throttle. The conversion retains all factory mounting points and clearances, making installation straightforward while delivering a balance of track-inspired performance and street-friendly refinement.

Exhaust Tips

• Each exhaust system comes with three 4.5-inch double-walled, slash-cut tips, offered in either chrome silver or diamond black, and each tip features a stamped AWE logo. The tips are individually adjustable, allowing you to customize how far they extend into the bumper to suit your preference.

Nope, It’s Not Valved

• During research and development, AWE thoroughly analyzed how the factory valve behaves across different driving conditions. They found no meaningful difference in sound volume between modes that would justify the need for a valve. The valve stays closed only in comfort mode and opens once a certain throttle threshold is reached. In Sport and Sport+ modes, it remains open, with Sport+ adding ECU-generated burbles. In the stock setup, exhaust gases are directed through the side mufflers when the valve is closed to minimize cabin noise and reduce drone-prone frequencies, and through the center path when the valve is open.
