The AWE Tuning Track Edition Exhaust System for the 95B Porsche Macan S, Turbo, and GTS is a straight-through, non-resonated setup built for maximum flow and a more pronounced exhaust character. Without the Touring Edition’s drone-canceling elements, it delivers a louder, sharper tone with more presence under throttle, giving the turbocharged V6 a raw, direct sound that reflects load and boost more clearly. It’s constructed from 2.5-inch CNC mandrel-bent T304 stainless steel to maintain consistent diameter and long-term durability, and it retains factory mounting points for proper fitment. The system is finished with 102mm quad outlets in Diamond Black that sit cleanly in the rear valance, making it a straightforward option for owners who prefer a more aggressive sound profile over daily-driving refinement.

Track Edition Exhaust

• The Track Edition is designed for drivers seeking a more aggressive, unfiltered exhaust experience. It retains the integrated frontpipe, custom midpipe resonator, and engineering precision of the Touring Edition but removes the 180 Technology® drone-canceling resonator. In its place, a straight section allows exhaust to flow freely, resulting in a significantly louder and more aggressive tone during mid-range acceleration and deceleration, which may feel intense for some drivers.

What is 180 Technology?

• AWE Tuning’s 180 Technology® directs exhaust gases through a resonator featuring carefully placed ports and reflection chambers. As the gases move through, sound waves reflect off the chamber walls, and engineers precisely tune the port sizes and chamber dimensions so that the reflected waves rejoin the main exhaust stream 180 degrees out of phase, canceling unwanted frequencies. Each resonator is specifically calibrated to the acoustic characteristics of its vehicle, rather than using a universal design, ensuring consistent and accurate sound. The result is a clean, controlled exhaust tone that eliminates undesirable frequencies while maintaining full performance.

Nope, It’s Not Valved

• During development, AWE analyzed the factory valve’s operation under various driving conditions. They observed that exhaust volume stays mostly consistent across modes that engage the valve, with the valve only fully closed in Comfort mode and opening once a certain throttle threshold is met. In Sport and Sport+ modes, it remains open, with Sport+ introducing ECU-controlled burbles. In stock form, exhaust is routed through the side mufflers when the valve is closed to minimize cabin noise and drone, and through the center path when the valve opens.

Conversion Kits

• AWE engineered the system for simple switching between Track and Touring Editions, letting owners adjust interior sound levels as desired.
