AWE Tuning Foiler Wind Diffuser for A90/A91 Toyota GR Supra

The Foiler Wind Diffuser for the Toyota GR Supra was developed to address the wind buffeting that commonly occurs when driving with the windows down. Rather than reusing designs originally created for Porsche platforms, AWE developed a Supra-specific shape after noticing that earlier designs could introduce a wind whistle when the windows were closed during testing. The result is a small diffuser that reduces cabin turbulence with the windows down while avoiding unwanted noise when they’re up. It follows the lines of the factory mirror trim so it blends in naturally, and installation is straightforward using the included die-cut adhesive.

Wind Buffeting

Ever notice that jarring, head-rattling rush of air when driving your Supra at speed with a window down? That’s wind buffeting. It occurs at higher speeds and can seriously detract from the otherwise exhilarating experience of the GR Supra. Rather than leaving drivers to deal with this disruptive effect, we engineered a solution to eliminate it.
