What is SwitchPath

• The AWE SwitchPath Remote and control box can be utilized to alter the factory valving and provides manual control over the exhaust valves whether fitted to the AWE SwitchPath Exhaust or the stock exhaust. This can be achieved with the use of the SwitchPath Remote.
• Once the AWE SwitchPath Controller has been installed, the “On” button on the left side of the SwitchPath Remote can be tapped to open the exhaust valves. To close the valves, press the “Off” button on the right side of the remote.
• Making sure to utilize the AWE SwitchPath Remote instead of the factory valve management is paramount, therefore the remote should be employed for opening and shutting the exhaust based on personal preference.

Exhaust Tips

• AWE SwitchPath and Track Edition come equipped with 102mm double-walled, slash-cut tips with optional chrome silver or diamond black finishes and imprinted AWE logo as standard.

Conversion Kits

• Making the switch between SwitchPath and Track Edition is not a problem should you decide to alter the volume of your production down the line – AWE has made it an effortless process.

Nope, It’s Not Valved

• AWE’s SwitchPath™ Technology ensures sound perfection as a standard for the Golf’s factory valving, and the specifications for the Track Edition remove those valves. Therefore, AWE’s Electronic Valve Simulators are a solution for the “soft codes” stored in the system–erasing them for optimal performance.
• These tools can be connected straight to the automobile wiring harness instead of the exhaust valves, preventing the ECU from recording data resulting from the exhaust valves being taken out. All you have to do is plug them in, switch it on, and you’re good to go.
• Sold separately, comes as a set of two.
