The Ultimate in Smooth Performance

• This cylinder, which is made from ultra–lightweight, high–pressure forged aluminum, is treated with the latest film coating and the renowned Kashima coating. The cylinder has been impregnated with molybdenum, providing extraordinary lubricity. In comparison to conventional hard alumite, this cylinder has significantly reduced friction and an improved durability. Additionally, it offers excellent linearity, smoothness, and traction abilities.

High-Precision Machining with the Highest Priority on Performance

• Aragosta is highly meticulous when it comes to the precision of cylinder manufacturing, being able to achieve surface roughness of 0.2 microns and 2/10000 mm for aluminum and steel cylinders alike. Moreover, they perform an advanced honing treatment to ensure that the surface accuracy and roundness of the cylinder reaches the desired parameters. • Rana springs come equipped in all Aragostas as standard, embodying the perfect series–wound spring. Not only is it of superior quality and durability, but its linear characteristics also help to maximize the efficiency of the damper.

Sharpened Internal Structure

• Aragosta‘s remarkable performance is enabled by damping pistons and needles that are able to adjust damping characteristics from slow speeds to sporty ones, significantly increasing traction. The external damping force adjustment mechanism provides a clear difference for the 20–step adjustment range which is smooth and easy to use, and can be adapted for any setting.

High Hardness, High Efficiency WPC Processing

• The inverted cartridge cylinder utilizes precision shot peening (WPC processing), the premier technology for altering metal surfaces. This has enabled a decrease in the wear coefficient and an augmented oil film retention in the sway part of the cartridge cylinder, resulting in increased sway resistance.
