Technical Features

• The GTC Series airfoils achieve a balance of durability and lightness through the application of carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP). They are constructed with pre-impregnated woven carbon fibers, resulting in a strong yet lightweight structure. To guarantee superior performance, advanced manufacturing methods such as pre-impregnated composite production, high-temperature autoclaving, vacuum bagging, and premium aluminum billet molds are used.
• The GTC Series airfoils achieve a combination of strength and lightness through the use of carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP). The airfoils are constructed with pre-impregnated woven carbon fibers to create a structure that is both sturdy and lightweight. Advanced manufacturing techniques, including pre-impregnated composite production, high-temperature autoclaving, vacuum bagging, and premium aluminum billet molds, are utilized to ensure superior performance.
  • The carbon fiber composites reinforce the 10mm 6061 billet aluminum pedestals in the GTC Series airfoils, improving their durability and stability. To ensure a secure connection for the carbon fiber airfoil and provide protection, a matte black powder coating is applied to these pedestals. Despite their robustness, the pedestals are lightweight and serve as a crucial component in maintaining optimal performance of the GTC Series airfoils.
