The manufacturing process involves careful craftsmanship to achieve optimum performance, utilizing advanced techniques such as pre-impregnated composite production, vacuum bagging, high-temperature autoclaving, and top-quality aluminum billet molds.

  • In order to enhance the stability and durability of the GTC Series airfoils, carbon fiber composites are utilized to build 10mm 6061 billet aluminum pedestals. These pedestals are coated with a matte black powder to offer extra protection, and provide a secure attachment for your carbon fiber airfoil while still maintaining a lightweight yet robust structure.
